Meet the Executive Director
Royd R. Lee
Interim-Executive Director
Mr. Royd Lee is currently serving as the TCNLPA Governing Board Vice President and will be serving as the Interim-Executive Director.

Mr. Royd Lee will be serving as the main point of contact on behalf of the TCNLPA.
Royd Lee and Paulando Whitesinger will be point of contact for the TCNLPA Governing Board.
The Governing Board appoints and hires the Executive Director to carry out the daily administrative duties on behalf of TCNLPA.
​
Governing Board members also volunteer to assist the Executive Director as well.
​
The Executive Director may appoint and hire individual to Governing Board approved positions.
The Executive Director is subject to evaluation by the minimum members of the Governing Board or the Governing Board may also appoint a committee to conduct the Executive Director's evaluation on behalf of the Governing Board.

The Executive Director is task with evaluating individual that report the Executive Director.
