TCNLPA is currently developing a Strategic Plan. Strategic Plan is expected to be approved by October 2025.

Governing Board is currently working on developing a three year Strategic Plan.

2025-2028 Strategic Plan outline is followed with school year fiscal year. Plans will begin in July 1 of the year and end June 30 of that year. Plan is broken into quarters of the year.
