Tuba City Native Language Program Association is governed body by the memberships of both the Native Language Teachers of Tuba City Unified School District (TCUSD), Parents of TCUSD, and the two Student Representatives from Tuba City High School as the board of trustees.

 

The Governing Board is lead by six elected executive board officers who are nominated and voted with popular vote from the membership pool.

The executive board officers act on behalf of the governing board between governing board on any related matters that doesn't require the full notion of full body of the governing board of TCNLPA. 

 

The Governing Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. The rest of the membership pool are all voting members of the Governing Board.

The Governing Board is task with hiring the Executive Director and serves the oversight to the Executive Director. The Governing Board is also assist the Executive Director with tasks not limit to functions.
